Traveling to Paris to rekindle their romantic "Zing", Johnny sneaks Mavis up to the roof of the Louvre Museum with a panoramic view of the city, reminiscent of their first date on the roof of the Hotel in Transylvania. This tender exchange didn't require gagging up. It was best left to the sincerity of the moment.

Seq. 4000 - "Quinston's Contract"
COMEDY
In a nefarious plot to usurp ownership of the hotel, here we see the script’s original villain, real estate developer Carter Quinston (a fast talking car salesman type swindler modeled on Quentin Tarantino) attempt to woo the hotel's monster residents by flying them on his luxury private jet en route to finding Drac.

"Quinston's Contract" Script Pages
A fun fish-out-of-water sequence, Robert Smigel's script and Genndy Tartakovsky's direction generously left the door open for story artists to pepper in monster gags throughout. The Human Brain getting brain-freeze from eating a cold ice cream sundae seemed like a "no-brainer" (...Ba-dum bum).
